SHIPPING

Please allow 2-5 business days for all orders to be shipped out.

After shipping, please allow another 3-5 days for fulfillment.

Depending on where you live, order fulfillment can take longer than expected.

RETURN POLICY

Refunds or exchanges are available for defective items or if the wrong size was sent. To request a return, please contact us via email within 5 days of receiving your order. All sales are final if the correct item and size were delivered.

PRE-ORDERS

Pre-orders are made to order and are not on hand. All items that are a pre-order are not in production yet and will be shipped once production is finished. If an item is a pre-order, the length of the production time will be found in the description of the product.

SHIPPING PROVIDER

We are not responsible for your package after shipping. If you are having an issue with the carrier, please contact them.

PRIVACY

Beyond Entry does not collect information. Your personal data will not be stored with us at any point, nor will it be disclosed or shared.
